I was in such a rush to frame it and get it to the gallery on time, I didn't have time to take better pictures! If I don't sell it at the show, I'll take some better ones later. (But I hope it sells!)
Some sketches, still planning my piece for the pride art show. I want to make the person's body type closer to my first design, but I like this stippling thing I've got going on in conjunction with the color pencil so maybe that's how it will turn out.
Some photos of a concept sketch for a piece I'd like to submit to the art show at Pride this year. This sketch is very large so I was unable to scan it; it's about 17" tall. I also want to add a banner/ribbon/something that says "Just the Way God Made Me", but I am still thinking about it.
Sometimes I forget how fun it is to draw so large! I would like to submit more than one piece, so I will put up more concept sketches as they happen.

A quick drawing I banged out of The Doctor to try out some new stuff and because I just really needed to draw something! This was a lot of fun and I think I will draw some more stuff like this soon.
There is an art challenge I have seen going around called the "30 Day Monster Challenge" that lists different types of monsters, and then you draw them. That seemed like a fun exercise to me, so here is the first one: a harpy!
This month, I am the featured artist at the UNM LGBTQ Resource Center! If you are in Albuquerque, please come by and see! Underneath the cut you can find some photos of the show. (They were taken before people showed up so I wouldn't have to ask all of them for permission to put their photos on the internet. You can imagine the crowd yourself!)
A little comic about myself. It was pretty quick but I have been wanting to make comics a lot lately so I thought little stuff like this would be good practice.
A little doodle of myself! I haven't had much time to draw recently because of school, so I have mostly just been sketching when I can; I might put up the best of it on here eventually.
Watercolored dragon! I was inspired recently to create some dragons so here is one. The tip of its right wing is cut off because I started drawing too high up on the page but I don't feel too torn up about it since this was mostly for practice anyway.
